In drilling working, JXL-250 vortex mixer mixing mud often, complex formation need mix special mud example heavy weight mud, leak protection mud and so on, it consist with material plate, butterfly valve, upper shell ,lower shell.

Characteristics & Working Mechanism

Original drilling fluid is pumped into internal cylinder from inlet,forms cyclone, mixes with feeding materials and rises into external cylinder for further mixing, then falls and flows out through the outlet.

Compared with other comminglerrs, it has the following advantages:

• Effective mixing time is longer and the result is better.
• Material feed caliber is bigger to prevent feeding jam and increase feeding rate.
• It is suitable for various materials and is widely used.
• It has no limitation for the size of material particles and will not be jammed by solid deposit when left unused for long period.
