Cutting Structure

Enhancing the wear-resistance of teeth with high-density premium tungsten carbide hardfacing on the tooth surfaces for steel tooth bit. Reinforcing the compressive mechanical properties of inserts by using premium tungsten carbide insert with new formula and new techniques for insert bit.

Gauge Structure

Multiple gauge protection with gauge trimmers on the heel and gauge inserts on the gauge surface of the cone, tungsten carbide inserts and hardfacing on the shirttail increases gauge holding capabilities and seal protection.

Bearing Structure

Roller bearing structure. Balls lock cone. Size of bearing journal is made larger by arranging the rollers in grooves recessed in the cone body, so it can load more WOB, and suitable for high rotary speed. The thrust surface with hardfacing and anti-wear processing increased the abrasion resistance and seizure resistance of the bearing.

Seal and Lubrication

Premium HNBT O-ring, best seal compression and radial seal structure can enhance the seal performance. The pressure compensator system and advanced grease can greatly increase the lubricating reliability.

Product Application

It can load higher WOB and faster rotary speed than conventional bits. It is applicable for high-speed application.
